Saw this guy in Laguna, don't believe I've seen one before. Seems to be a perch of some sort. Pic is a snap shot from a video.

It looks like a Zebra perch, Hermosilla azurea.

OK. I google imaged Zebra perch and they look just like it. My fish ID cards do not have one on them.
