I thought I'd start a thread over what you could call "stress management" tactics.

One:

If a coconut falls at your feet, you don't have to worry about it hitting you.

R..

The longer you hold on, the heavier it gets

Contentment is enjoying the scenery on a detour. Remember, "lost" is only a frame of mind.

Carefully consider what the universe has handed you. It may, in fact, be better than what you thought you wanted.

Worrying about being late doesn't make you on time.

if you have no influence over something or someone, worrying about it is a total waste of time.

The enemy of good is perfect

If you play with a piece of equipment long enough, you'll ruin it

Failure to prepare on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.

....unless you are my dive buddy!
