October - November is the best of La Paz and Cabo Pulmo. You can dive in La Paz on the Los Islotes Sea Lion Colony, El Bajo (Hammerheads), 4 wrecks, Swanne Reef and the La Reina islet where sometimes Giant Mantas swim by. Truly recommended.
