Keep your eyes out of an old double hose reg with yellow hoses (and some fancy mods), I will most likely be diving old school most of the week.

The only (and major) problem with first ocean dives on Bari is - well - where do you go from there???????? You're pretty much ruint.

Herman - woman missing in Cary????? - Where do you go from there??

Know what you mean, I have a floor full of dive gear ready to be put in the suitcases. I will do that tomorrow and then start weighing it....and figuring out what to take out. I am bringing my Aquamaster double hose and a vintage BP, going to do some old school diving this trip. I just love the looks I get.
Going to be nice seeing you again as well but I suspect I will not recognize Morgan.

Nope, Morgan is no longer the rolly polly kid he was. Longer and leaner. He'll be 15 the 29th, and he'll pass me in heighth very soon.

Know what you mean about the looks vintage gear gets. I miss the reactions I used to get when I was riding my '46 Indian Chief! Sparked a lot of great conversations with total strangers everywhere I went.

We're trying to see what we can eliminate this trip to lighten the load and incure fewer "extra baggage" charges for second bags. Been sorting and resorting for several days, but I've reached the conclusion that my handy roll on gear bag simply weighs too @#$^% much empty! See you all soon.

The only thing that I am bringing that is old is me!

At least I think that it true - can't seem to remember.

To sum up:

Safety stop at 18 ft. on last dive on Bari "with new diver" an Eagle Ray comes cruising by within six feet of us.

And that's the way the week went ---------------

You didn't happen to scrape off a bit of that luck and stow it somewhere near Bari just in case I need to borrow it for a while while we're down there, did you?

(T-9 days and counting... my productivity is falling precipitously already. ;))
