First C5050 pics - thanks for help

I took my first pics wreck diving in NC with my C5050.
Just as stated here on SB I see the internal flash is really only good for 1-3 feet. I've got to learn to shoot up at my subjects as well. I'm also setting up my modes so that after a delay my camera does not shutoff and go to HQ setting when I want to be in RAW mode :eyebrow:

Anyway thanks to those that helped me get started.

Very nice. It's a steep learning curve. Reread the manual periodically; you'll learn something new each time. And, as ChrisM says, "Shoot until your finger bleeds!" Start saving for a strobe.

Looks like you have some good pics there...the more you shoot the more you will want to experiment with your settings. I started out with program mode, went to the MyMode and now try to shoot lots of stuff in manual...Enjoy the fun!
