hello all,
I just bought my basic gear and am currently taking lessons. I was just curious as of what I purchased is quality/a good start(I am clueless).
1.Tusa Visulator Mask(good vision)
2. Aqualung fins not split but with a heel strap
3. warmer boots
4. impulse 2 snorkel(with purge)
Thanks

Have you tried them in the pool yet? If they are comfortable for you and you can clear the mask, then they are a good start. Whether they are good quality. depends partly on your care.

For example, my snorkel is about 25 years old. My mask, boots, and fins were purchased in 1995 or so, and are still in very good shape. LSD's do not make a lot of money off me.

Good luck with your training.

Yes, they seem to work great actually had my first class/pool time saturday and am bummed I cant go practice with my gear b/c they are closed on sundays:) thanks for the advice sounds like I just need to make sure to store them well and rinse them well!
