I am an adult female...and where a size 5(european 35) shoe. Scuba rental shops end up fitting me in a child fin set. I wish to buy a decent pair of adult fins for my size. Any recommendations out there from people who have had a similar issue? Any brands you would recommend?

Maybe Cressi? 3 models of their dive fins (Reaction, Frog Plus and Pro Light) are available in XS - size 5-6. A lot of people dive Frogs.
I've bought Frogs for a high school dive club and they're not kid fins - just available smaller. http://cressisubusa.com/catalogue/index.asp?CatMacroID=6 Bought Oceanic Vortex's also. I don't know the sizing of their XS model. Some mfr's call XS size 6-7.

Don't know anything about these but they seem to be available even smaller. http://www.akona.com/product.php?product_id=298

What kind of fins are you trying to buy?

If you are looking at open heel fins, one easy solution is to buy some wetsuit booties with sturdy soles. I am size 37, and have to be VERY careful about what booties I wear with my L Scubapro Jets, because the foot pockets aren't very big. I'm also very happy with M Dive Rite EXPs. I believe my Deep See Pulses are M's, too. Small SeaWing Novas were too small for my feet in dry suit boots.

I too have small, 6.5US 5mm wet boot feet. I've had success with Large Jets, XS Aeris Accels and Seawing Novas/Gorillas in a small. Good luck.
