I haven't been very active lately because I had a lot of work, sorry guys. But meantime I've finally finished my Rescue!!!
And I did my 100th dive - which I know is not much but still I'm proud of it because i did my OWD in May last year.

So now my next plan is advanced nitrox - but it will be spring time next year!!!!
Cheers

Woohoo!! Congrats!

100 is a definite milestone and something to be proud of! 100 in skydiving is big deal milestone where you get pied and have a party! Too bas there isn't a big deal made in SCUBA as well.

Way to go!

That is great!

My wife and I are planning on taking rescue next spring. We are worried about the part where you carry the victim out of the water.

Was it difficult to carry the victim?

Congrats on the Rescue and the 100th dive.

well done mate, nice one. Got my rescue a couple of weeks ago and am on just under 90 dives. Thought my rescue course was brilliant and has moved my diving on considerably so know what a good achievment it is. Excellent to reach that 100th dive, pretty cool. Hope to get there soon myself. Congrats.

Wooohooo, Congats hun :D My rescue class was a blast.

And Drduktayp, If your class is large enough you should have no problem hauling some one out of the water. It will be fun, youll see :bang:

Nah, not really a problem. You don't have to actually pick them up, because in the water you can get down under them and then stand up and walk out of the water. I'm not a really big guy and I didn't have a problem

Now, once you get out on the boat and have to lift them onto the boat, then you're going to be straining a little.
