Did by Open Water Dives this week down at Vortex Springs. Holy Mackeral.....why didn't you guys tell me how much fun I was going to have? haha. Everything went like clockwork. My girlfriend did have her regulator stick open. She sipped the air and slowly went to the service. The divemaster praised her and told the class she went like clockwork. I was there if needed, but the divemaster went up with her slowly to assist if needed.
The water was very clear. After our certification, we drove over to Morrison Spring and checked out the little gator by the opening of the spring. Saw some big catfish and a huge eel. Then some guy lands at the base of the opening and rolls around and mucked everything up. After that... it was a long time until it cleared. We are so stoked and already planning another trip somewhere. I appreciate everyones help preparing for the classes and the OW dives. Thanks again!!!
