I ended up using 'DecoColor' markers for my fins ... got them at Michael's (craft store) in hot colors (pink, purple, blue, ornage, green & yellow) and they show up great on my black Apollos. Used some star cookie cutters for a design, and just recolor them every few months when the paint starts to wear thin. It's really a big help following a buddy in 6 ft. vis in a lake!
