Fin and Foot Pain issues and help

I usually wear boots, and have no issues with rubbing injuries. Once, when I tried full fins without boots, I got bruised on top of foot due to tightness and the flexing. I found the instep padding really helped.
So I wanted to suggest these items borrowed from hockey, in case they might help others. These are from Monkey Sports Norwood MA, but you can find on line too. These four items cover most potential problems. Hope this helps others!
