I finally pulled the trigger and made our reservations to go to Fantasy Island for one week. We will be going from April 24 to May1. We will be flying out of Chicago, on Continental. I almost waited to long, all the seats in the front of the plane were taken. We are stuck in the back of the plane on all 4 legs of the trip.:D Hopefully for our next trip I book earlier. Our only other dive vacations have been to Cozumel and Belize, so we are really looking forward to this. Great diving and some much needed R&R. Anyone else going the same time?

I'm happy to hear the planes are pretty full...that means that Roatan tourism is coming back to life again. That will keep these places in business :D:D:D

Won't be at FI, but will be on Roatan April 26th. Direct flight from Toronto on a vacation charter. Assuming the company doesn't go under should be a great flight.

Hopefully when you get to Roatan they'll open the back door also. Depends on whether they have an extra set of stairs available when you land. We're 1 for 2.

If you check in online 24 hours before your departure, you get the chance to move your seat assignment. I've done it many times. Sometimes you get lucky and get the bulkhead.

Hey, JJ - we're headed down with another couple to FI at the same time, also out of Chicago on Continental. We booked a few weeks back, and seats were pretty scarce then as well!! Look forward to meeting you!

With our 2+ hour layover in Houston we might be able to find each other. If not, I'll see you in Roatan for a drink and maybe even a dive. April 24th can't come fast enough for us.
