Can anyone give me any information of what time the ferries run from the mainland to Roatan? I checked flights on spirit air and they are a lot cheaper but do no fly into Roatan. Their flights arrive at 11:55 pm. I take it you would have to stay there for the night. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, ,
Lynn

From San Pedro Sula, you'll need to take a bus to La Ceiba on the coast for the ferry. I think it requires an overnight somewhere also - at least it did from our side of the country which is why we chose to fly direct from Houston.

Here's a link to the busline, click around as not all the buttons seem to work from the mainpage. Hedman Alas ::: Leaders & Innovators of land transportation in Central America Since 1952 :::

The ferry is the Galaxy Wave - schedule: Safeway Maritime Ferry - Roatan to La Ceiba
