Do I need to book ahead if intended to go there in early June 2020?
I am going to take the ferry during weekday and will avoid the only public holiday(Dragon Boat Festival) in 25th June 2020.
Is it the good time to dive there because during the "Flying Fish Festival" there is a lot of restriction on diving especially on those wrecks? Shall I put the trip back to Aug?

Would the ferry from Fugang(Taitung) any better better?
