Feb. 06' diving--Green Bay

Ok, this is probably going to be a funny question to you Great Lake divers..... I am planning a trip to Green Bay Wi. in Feb. 06' for an Ice Diving certf. course. While in Green Bay,,,are there any GL dive charters that run this time of the year in this area for basic wreck diving,,,,or are the lakes to brutel at this time of year? Any input would be helpful...thanks.

Down in Milwaukee they go year around to the Prinz Willem! Ill try to find a link.

Despite being from Florida I got certified in Green Bay. My instructor was Jon from the Aqua Center(http://www.aquacntr.com/). Those guys do a ton of ice diving, so if you got in touch with them I'm sure they'd be able to at least point you in the right direction. I think at that time of year all of the charters will just point you to a hole, but I hear that the diving is excellent.

I just signed up for the January 15th charter on LenDer through my LDS. I might be nuts. In Mid-January it could be as cold as it is today, a balmy 7 F.
