Favourite Dive Shop in Belize?

My wife and I just got back from a week on Ambergris Caye. We dove with Chuck and Robbie's. They were excellent. We brought our own gear except for tanks and weights and they prepped and cleaned it every day. My only concern is that their surface intervals are short (an hour to 1.5 hours). Every dive had at least 9 divers and had 2 DMs. Except for the SI I thought that they were very safety conscious.

For the sort of diving you would have been doing an hour is ample, 1.5 is generous.
