A well-respected cave diver, sump diver and surveyor's remains were just recovered in this very low, very silty system that he had been surveying on a solo dive on February 14th. There is a discussion about the fatality here:

It appears he may have gotten too involved in his survey based on comments elsewhere and just ran out of time.
