Hi folks,

I was at my LDS in June and I met a Henderson sales representative who dives in the same location I do, Boston Harbor. He said that the traditional 1 piece 7mm would keep you just as warm as a 7mm farmer john, which would create 14mm over the core. Was he talking out of his behind, or is this true?
