Is Eldon's within a reasonable walking distance from Fantasy Island?

I'd like to be able to pick up some supplies but won't have a car. Is a taxi an option?

A quickie cab ride, quite do-able as a walk. BYOB (Bring your own backpack).

$10 tip and a shopping list to the bartender might do the trick- unless you want the exercise.

FYI (to all): Eldon's is one of two "modern" groceries on the island. It lies just South of the main highway along the side road to French Harbour. It is closed on Saturdays (and maybe Sundays, I dunno)

The other grocery is in downtown Coxen Hole, just 5 minutes by cab West of the airport, maybe 15-25 minutes by cab from resorts that are on the West End thru Sandy Bay (AKR, etc)
