Going to Gilboa for the big M&G.

I'd like to go to that but I need to stick close to home this weekend and get something done besides diving. :D

That was me. I jumped the gun a bit, he won't be open officially for a couple more weeks but if you follow the rules as Jim pointed out he'll let you in.

Anyone up for a dive this weekend the 28th or 29th? :D

Hey John -

Sorry I didn't get back with you about BS - busy week and weekend!

I'm pretty sure I can make the 29th at Joe's for a few hours in the AM or PM. We've got some things around the house to do, but I think I can break free for a couple of tanks.

How about Sat. the 28th? I've already made plans to dive then and I'm not sure I can do two days.

One of these days we are going to dive together! I can't Saturday due to some family planned activities. I'll troll out Sunday and see if someone needs a partner. Takers?

Diveratt and I dove Joe's today and the temperature and visibility is about the same as GUEdiver reported the week before. Were supposed to get some warmer weather this week so maybe it will warm up a little. Kenny was diving wet today and the temp didn't really seem to bother him. We had glorious weather for the surface interval.

Great... It looks like tomorrow wlll be the hottest day this year.

I also dove at the local lake last Saturday. Vis wasn't good due to the previous rains, so I ended up with just one dive.

We dove Cerulean yesterday with fantastic conditions. Temp was 61, vis 20+. All in all a great day to try out some new toys.

It was a great day to open the season with. It was nice to find I could still breath underwater. John - glad we were finally able to get together for a swim.

Don't let him fool you - it was borderline for me diving wet! I just hid it well. The cold during the dive is not bad, it's that shivering to warm up between tanks!

Well, hopefully, I will get to dive at Pennyroyal this weekend. I haven't truly dove since New Years day (the boat sinking, I don't count. I only submerged long enough to check my weighting, then wussed out from the cold before the boat sank back in March). This weekend will be my last shot before my Bahamas trip. I really need to get wet before I leave.:D From their web site it looks like the conditions have vastly improved (64 degrees)
