fair price for used atom 2.0?

I recently got my PADI open water certification and am looking to purchase my own gear. My buddy who is not diving anymore offered to sell his Oceanic Atom 2.0 with transmitter. He said he only used it on a few dives, and the unit does look brand new- no scratches or anything. He is still trying to find the PC cable.

What would a fair price for this computer?

The Atom sells for $399 new on Amazon. I bought one from Amazon for $299 last year but that was a weird deal thats long gone (and none of us could figure out how it was possible).

I love it. It's a great little comp.

The last few on eBay sold for $299-350 used with the transmitter and d/l cable.

Get him to find it if possible, they're proprietary - and $90..
