Fair price for PST 95s?

I was recently offered a pair of galvanized Pressed Steel 95s with Thermo 200 bar manifold. Don't know what make bands, tho.

What's a fair price for these assuming they're in good condition?

Fair price, to whom? As a seller, I would take $550 and say you got a good deal. Good condition means no rust inside, good hydro, minimal corrosion/white powder under the boot. Of course, I don't use boots so no worries.

is one where both parties think they screwed the other guy...

The asking price for the 95s is $500. altho I haven't seen them yet, the seller is reputable and I trust his description of 'good condition.' No boots on them and recent hydro.

Thanks for the estimate, these sound reasonably priced.
