A Great Rush! Thresher Sharks Off Laguna Beach - Laguna Beach, CA Patch

Here's a story about thresher shark fishing. The fishermen use circle hooks because nine out of 10 times, the hook will lodge in the corner of the shark’s mouth and result in far fewer fatalities. What do you think? Responsible? Sustainable? I'd like to know. - DM Jim
