I used to find that sunscreen would make my mask leak (I found this out by trying a variety of masks with and without sunscreen). My solution was to put my mask on while applying sunscreen in the morning. It did result i a horrible tan line but everyone in town knew what I did for a job. It may not be a usable solution for other face creams and such.
