do they even make the old HP 3180+10% Faber tanks anymore?


I've got two FX-100' and they are great tanks. not had any problems with them.

Yes, there are available, look at my post #9. I called the distributor to confirm and he said the model M100DVB is "on sale" right now and should be discounted at the shops. He said the sale tanks would have '09 hydro dates.

I want the HP 100 tank due to it's more negative buoyancy compared to the FX100DVB. Should allow me to remove 7lbs off my weight belt when diving dry. M100DVB also comes with the convertible DIN/yoke valve which I want.

They may tip you head down, they are pretty negative. If you can trim them out they are fine tanks.
