Extra equipment on bcd

Anyone know of a manufacture that makes a fastening system that fits between the exhaust valve of your power inflator and where it attaches to the BCD. I need to fasten a holder for my EMT shears- I've seen them somewhere- can you help me out-

have you tried tie wraps?

But seriously, if I am understanding your description, I would re-evaluate your choice of location. I would reccommend attatching to the harness either at the shoulder or belly.

Agreed, your choice of mounting location seems a little wierd. Any particular reason you've zeroed in on the particular spot?
