Express Tech Fitting

Is there a guide for strapping on the express tech correctly? For years I've been an AL Balance user but got tired of lugging that huge comfy thing around the world (or worse, wet over the side of a boat).

So yeah, as a longtime jacket user I am new to a harness/bp/wing type setup. Is there a fitting guide or should I be using some generic guide that everyone finds after googling?

There is not really a fitting guide for the Exress Tech. It is worn pretty much just like a backplate.
