good news......be careful..... don't dive till your infection is all gone.
If I would feel any problem (dyspnea, cough, e.g.), I would be much more worried. I know, this dive was silly idea. But infection had gone, I was without fever, without cold with full nose and felt good. I will wait for my buddy next time after infection (but if it had to wait every time , so the I would dive 5x per year)
