I just acquired a Norris HP120 that is out of hydro. I was searching the web for buoyancy specs on this tank and came across this thread. I contacted Norris Cylinders and spoke with Sally Mitchell, their Engineering Manager. She sent me a copy of the latest extension for E13483 in case I had any trouble getting a hydro. She also calculated for me the buoyancy characteristics of that tank based on their manufacturing specs.
