The seas look nice so far today and Silent World is definitely top-notch

Have dealt with Silent World a bit in the past and have to admit, they are a good bunch of folks to deal with. Nice experience after all the dealings I had with Amorays. that one kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully in a few months I'll be running the "Two Tanked" for my diving down there instead of having to charter but I'll still be using SW for my fills. That's what good service gets your biz, I'll still do whatever I need with them when I am down even if I am diving from my own boat.

Looking at getting back to Silent World soon to do some more technically challenging dives. Like the availability of rentals since I mostly have to fly back-and-forth to Key Largo.

Enjoyed the recent dives with them prior to the Nascar event in Homestead. :)

Does Silent World rent anything larger than AL 80's? I'd like to get on the Duane/S.G., but don't think an 80 will cut it, I'm a bit of an air hog as compared to the lady-friend.

A couple of weeks ago Chris said they had double AL80's but didn't rent single 100's. I think.

Yeah, unfortunately I dont have 100's in rental for various reasons. The double AL80's are very popular though.

Let me know what and when your plans are for and if the timing works out, we'll dive with Silent World and I can bring two 130s filled w/ EAN 32 for you to use (you just cover the cost of the gas).

Thanks for the offer man! Doesn't look like I'll be down there anytime soon, but I'll certainly keep this in mind :D

I dove with SW on Tuesday. It was what I consider my first real OW dive, as my certification dives were done in the Jules Lagoon in Key Largo. I was alone, so I asked for a guide (Pat) who was great. Did the City of Washington and the South Reef, and could not have had a better or more confidencte-building time. Yes, I dove with the same grouper, plus a couple of sharks and about 10,000 other fish. Iwas supposed to dive with them yesterday as well, but had to rush back to work. I look forward to diving with them again.
