But . . . you do have to slow down a bit and service the gear!

This is the time of year to break apart the doubles and inspect them, O2 clean cylinders, valves, and regs. Maybe change some seals in the dry suits. Rig and re-rig stage bottles, re-build regs.

And maybe watch a bit of TV by the fire:D !

I never said anyone stops diving, I just said that this is the offseason and not as many people are going out.

The only people from our regulars that don't apepar to slow down in the winter are the folks from the Metrowest Dive club, they are out just about everyweekend regardless of the temperture. Other than that our comrpressor usually only has be be turned on once a week this time of year.
