European/Ibiza diving? Need help to find the best spots or Charters?

I will be going to Europe for two and a half weeks with my amazing girlfriend who is tkaing me for my thirtieth birthday. We will be backpacking it down to Spain from the Netherlands and end up in Ibiza to party for a little bit and relax on the beaches. We will also catch up on some diving there as well. A few questions for some of the veterans that may have already been.

In Ibiza where are the best places to dive?

Are there other nice places to go diving off of Spain's coast?

Netherlands, Belgium, France are the other countries. Does anyone know of any good spots there?

I have been to Ibiza, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, but haven't bothered to go diving in any of those places. When I find myself in Florida, though, I always take the opportunity to dive.

Bump: Anyone have Ibiza diving advice, locations, etc?

(I can cancel my short Aruba trip and use the money for a longer stay in Spain in August. Seeing Tomatina, huge tomato fight, is a dream and if I can get diving on this trip then done deal

Hi, I work for Punta Dive (the largest diving operator in Ibiza). We have four centres based across the island, and two boats, so we can organise whatever diving you´d like to do, be it caves, wrecks sea mounts etc.
