I can see some good points there. The weights we have are pretty rough, we use an aluminum mould and cast them from wheel weights. They are basicaly just a block of lead that has a pair of holes moulded into it for the belt to slip through. I may try to get some pictures of what we're using some of it came out of the stone age although that is improving to some extent. The harnes I'm currently using allows me to load up to 4 of our 8# cast weights although I question the accuracy of the markings on those weights. in the next few weeks I will be going down to the city pool and will fine tune the weight I really need then get the actual weight of what I need, and make up some better weights than what I currently have.
