What are you trying to accomplish? What are the orange lines... place where you want to bond?

The head to swagloc connection is an o-ring
The swagloc to cord is a compression fitting

There's no glue

NEVER EPOXY ON CABLE ! because cable sheath then cracks . I think in your case swagloc is overtighten , cable is thinner and there leaks. Real solution is shorten or replace cable . Before tighten new one i normally put thin layer of sealant Sikaflex 291 to do better seal . Gently tighten for 1/2 of turn , no more.
