Don't some (or all?) of the EOS already use a proprietary swivel? If so, the hose and the regulator connector are a matched set and replacing the hose would require the proper Oceanic swivel hose.
 
Thanks, but the swivel is not flexible enough. The customer wants a flex hose. Waiting to hear from Oceanic if their flex hose will fit on an older model eos.

Make sure whoever you are communicating with knows that you need a hose with the swivel, if that is the current configuration. My old Aeris ION used that same swivel hose in a braided flex version, so I would be surprised if you can't get one from them.

I might even have a used ION braided flex hose in a box of parts. If you have trouble finding one, drop me a note and I will go digging.
