Envoy 1st stage replacement

My wife's gear took the dreaded header off the tank holder, damaging the 1st stage. She likes the regs (Zeagle Envoys) and we've had the kit for almost a dozen years.

The question for everyone is, what should the replacement 1st stage be (assuming it needs replaced)? Is there a newer & better or older &/or inexpensive option we should look into OR stay with the original set up and just buy the actual match, even if it's an older design?

The Envoy is still made by Zeagle in several forms. The design has not really changed since it was introdused. They are are good as most regs on the market. They do show up on eBay occasionally at resonable prices.
