Would it be too much to bring a dry suit to egypt liveaboard march. I generally run cold, but would this run over the top?
I was there two weeks ago and would certainly recommend a dry suit. The water temperature was about 23 degrees which is okay how ever once you come out the water the cold wind will hit you - almost everyone including the dive guides were in their dry suits. The last thing you want to do is to put on a cold wet wetsuit if you’re already cold.

Brought wet and Drysuit in April last year. Had exactly 1 dive in the wetsuit (5 mil with hood), think I regretted not putting on the DS 10 minutes into the dive.

All the wetduitdivers onboard looked envious every single dive.

If you are not the luckiest woth weather surface temps/winds won't help too much in warming up either.
