Just got back from a quick trip to Curaçao. Somehow managed to dodge Hurricane Matthew on the way down and the way back, even though we went via Miami. We did all shore dives with Scuba Lodge (review later). I was driving my own car and needed to stow the rental key, key fob, license, and a little cash. A common problem that has been discussed to death here. I don't really like any solution I've seen so far. Scuba Lodge loaned me a product I had never seen before (pics attached). After extensive searching, I've found something close on some UK and EU websites, but nothing for sale in the US. I love this solution because: it's big (much bigger than others); it's made of thick plastic and feels sturdy; it has a good o-ring and not a drop of water on any dive; cylindrical seems like a better solution than rectangular whenever an o-ring is involved. I know you can use an old flashlight, and I've used LokSak bags with some success. This is just much better. Does anyone have long term experience with these (Eggs) ? Why can't I buy one in the US?? I'll order from the UK if I have to - I consider this a must-have.

Similar product I found online:

I said " I've found something close on some UK and EU websites". And that's what I linked to. Your link to onlinescuba provides no dimensions of any kind. Your link to amazon provides conflicting dimensions. The ASIN description says "8 x 3.1 x 3 inches" which is clearly not true from the picture. The Q/A section provides the following conflicting information - "The listed dimensions are for the packaging...it is 4 inches tall , 2 inches in diameter but at the (the locking area ) it is 2.5 inches in diameter ".
