say i got a little cheap ... :) and bought a wetsuit that is way small.... i mean i can fit into it but it is leaving lining marks on my body !!!!!!!

what are the bad effects of a very tight wetsuit ???

Discomfort and distraction, if nothing else. Oh yeah, and you'll look silly

Go ahead and put down the money for a properly fitting wetsuit, $200 will get you a 2 piece 7mm in your size.

actually i kinda felt difficult to breadth and intense squeezing even in 15" of the pool !! is this normal ?? is it the wetsuit or it is me ??

Definitely the suit. Wetsuits should be comfy, and if they're thick they might get a little *looser* at depth because they compress evenly.

Do yourself a favor and buy a well fitting suit.. You'll love it, I promise.

Overall misery in all sorts of ways

Since you are in a pool, I assume that you are taking an OW dive course. Your strange feeling could be due to nervousness of being underwater. But it could also be due to your overly tight wetsuit.
Get a properly fitting wetsuit and the same for the rest of your equipment. Beginning divers need to get used to wearing scuba gear and improperly fitting equipment won't help any.
As far as overly tight wetsuits go. Theoretically, if the wetsuit is too tight then your blood circulation may be impeded and you might feel cold as a result. More severe problems may also arise. I will let a dive physician respond in detail on this matter.

i also experience real discomfort in breathing, headache and the mask just is not right any more. This forces me to put my mask on forehead (big taboo).

before the wetsuit the mask has been no problem at all ???
