Easy time this year.

For some reason I have had an easy time this year. This is the one I can't let go of. I think about her a lot but every year for the past 21 years, at 0100 hours on April 30 it gets rough because that's when I hugged her on the bottom of the lake.

So if you can find it in you say a little prayer for her.

As a firefighter/ paramedic for 19 yrs i understand the pain of having lost a young child. There are more that a few little faces i wish i did not have to see. As you have seemed to find out the pain does ease over time. My prayers are with you both.

Sometimes I wonder how you guys sleep at all. Just think though, she smiles at you from heaven..And just maybe she is your guardian angel.....

My toughts and prayers your way, new to the PSD team here.we practice and practice and practice some more haven't had the experiance yet and do not look forward to that day.

If I sit and think about it when the actual time comes to do what we have trained for I probaly will long for those practice days...
