RHR is a neat little place that takes many people to the Roatan that they dream of:

The question of "must do" dives is often heard, we can thank the magazines for that phraseology.
The DMs at
any resort will take you to
every dive site that you are suited to dive, in any condition that is agreeable with those abilities and their boats. As the DMs get to know the individual skills of those on-board, they will take you to more challenging spots, or this requiring proven buoyancy skills before they turn you loose. It's best just to dive every available dive!
If it is dead calm -not likely- the "real" East end diving (off of the far Eastern tip of Roatan) might be an option. This is nothing like the Roatan that you have seen at FIBR or RHR, but it is more stark and ravaged due to the impact of eons of weather. Unlike some parts of the island that are equally exposed to such "Northers", this area has pockets of brilliant life that take full advantage of the Sunlight. Again, a rare chance that it will be calm enough to dive in that far away area, but if you are going to have a chance, few besides RHR could even get there.
As NCChuck says above, you may well be offered the same shore dive site several times- I would dive the boat dive site of Calvin's Crack every day if I could! As you progress in diving... and if you stick with the DMs, this will happen quickly... you will soon not need constantly changing terrain to get a good experience from a dive. This is especially true on the South side of Roatan.
Your DM should be pointing out lots of interesting critters- a change of mooring is not all that important. The shore dive would be a highlight- do it a lot! To add to NCChuck's list, they may also take you to what I refer to as "Roatan's original"
Hole in the Wall. It is likely not a dive they will take you on the first day!
Follow that DM, understand how they see. Don't be concerned about new dive sites or different terrain- that would be a distraction for the really cool little stuff!
