Hi all!
Was wondering if anybody has any info concerning scuba diving / skindiving at this cold water lake north of DuBois Pa., elk co.
It was built by the corps of engrs. Water dept is about 140 ft. & not so sure what the vis is like and/or what to see.
Anybody actually dove their?
If so, can you enter around upstream above the boat ramp.
