I'm trying to get my buddy to sell me this from his closet of junk. No brand marking. Something from before 1990.

Anyone know whose this is?

Here is a clip for the Undersea Industry catalog, which was a short-lived division of ScubaPro in 1968.

Here is a clip of the Pinocchio mask from the 1960 Healthways catalog:

It is now the IST M37 PEGASUS, in the US anyway. I'm not sure if they bought the tooling or just import it. I used one in the late 1960s. There is no oral-nasal so it is a mouth-breather only.

I'm pondering an implementation with my Double Hose...... the VDH DSV can likely be connected to this.
