DUI Zip Seals for SiTech Ring

What all is needed to convert a DUI Flex Extreme with Zip Seals into the SiTech Ring System? I just picked up a second hand dry suit and need new seals and I'd rather swap them for the SiTech ring system like I have on my Waterproof so I can just stock one set of seals/dry gloves. I found a 14 year old YT video that talks about gluing or some tape that you heat up but nothing that talks about how to get the old zip seals out. Has anyone done this recently? Any tips videos? What do I need to buy to glue into the suit?

Does this include the piece that is permanently attached to the dry suit?

DUI has Si Tech seals available when ordering a suit. I'd image they can retrofit your existing suit. The order sheet references the Antares Cuff/Antares Glove Rings, Quick Cuff/Quick Glove Rings, and the SI-5 rubber rings.
