Ten years ago DUI introduced ZipSeals - a true breakthrough innovation that gave divers the ability to change their own wrist and neck seals in minutes.

Last year DUI introduced Silicone ZipSeals giving divers the comfort, ozone and UV resistance of silicone.

Now DUI introduces the next generation of DUI’s patented ZipSeal System – G2.

Our goal was for comfortable accommodation of larger head sizes, improved flexibility, to be available on all new DUI drysuits and to be able to be retrofitted onto existing DUI drysuits. All of these goals have been met with DUI’s new G2 ZipSeal Neck Ring System.

The new G2 design is over 3’’ / 100mm larger in circumference and the single lock design makes the ring so comfortable it’s like not having any ZipRing at all.

The best part is the G2 neck ZipSeal is available at no additional charge on all new DUI drysuits* and is also available as a retrofit through DUI’s Service Department.

Any clues at to when the G2 zip seals are going to be available in silicone? It sounds like the G2 design is the future direction for DUI. I held off adding neck zip seals to my TLS350 until the silicone neck seals are available (love the silicone wrist zip seals), but then heard about the G2 design, which sounds more comfortable. Now I'm wondering how much longer I'll need to wait until I can enjoy silicone around my neck as well. I'd rather only send in my suit once to be outfitted with neck zip seals

Hi Geoff. We are researching alternatives. I have no information on availability.

Thanks Kathy! I'll keep checking in with you guys. At the Casino Point demo day this year, it sounded like maybe some time this year. My neck seal is plenty good; the silicone is just so much nicer :)
