You will be asked to show your certification card at the facility. You will also need to complete a liability release form and rental form and we will ask that a credit card or drivers license be held as a deposit. A parent or guardian who can sign the appropriate forms must accompany participants under 18.

Schedule for the Day Registration and Test Dives: 9am to 5pm Saturday and 9am-4pm SundayRegistration will begin at 9am on Saturday. All divers will need to check in with the facility and at the DUI event. Don’t forget your C-card as it is required for both the facility and the DUI event. You will also need to complete a liability release form and rental form, and we will ask that a credit card or drivers license be held as a deposit. A parent or guardian who can sign the appropriate forms must accompany participants under 18. These forms are available on site, from your local dealer or on-line (www.dui-online.com) so you can fill them out in advance if you like. Test Dives will be conducted Saturday until 5pm and Sunday until 4pm. All equipment must be returned by that time. Divers must enter the water by 4pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday to ensure we have the equipment back in time.
Prior to the demo, each diver will be fitted with the appropriate drysuit and other equipment. Once you are dressed and ready to dive, you will check in with the divemaster in charge of the beach who will assign you an instructor or divemaster as a guide. As soon as there are 2-3 people ready to go in the water, an experienced drysuit diver or instructor will escort you on your dive. If you are a certified drysuit diver, you are welcome to plan your dives accordingly. You can do as many dives as you wish. With numerous suits there usually is little wait. If you’d like to test dive a specific model of suit, please let the staff know so that they can do their best to make one available for you.
Barbecue Lunch: 11am to 2pmThis is included in the event ticket price and is served to all participants from 11am –2pm. Please plan your dive schedule appropriately. Family members of participants can enjoy the barbecue lunch for only $5. Small children are free with a paid adult. “How to” Seminars
“How to” seminars will be taught throughout the weekend. Our most popular seminar is DUI Field Repair Seminar. This seminar is held on Sunday at 11am. We will demonstrate seal replacement, finding and patching holes, changing valves and overall tips on maintaining drysuits. Space is limited and pre-registration is recommended. To register contact DUI Customer Service directly at CustomerService@DUI-Online.com or 800.325.8439. A schedule with more detailed information will be posted in the tent at the event.
Underwater Digital Cameras from SeaLife
SeaLife® ReefMaster® underwater digital cameras and other digital cameras and video will also be available for demo courtesy of Joe Wysocki from Optiquatics. First priority will be given to DOGs and demo divers who have done 1 or more dives in the drysuit. This is to ensure minimal task loading. • Diver certification card and credit card for deposit
  • Wear clothing appropriate for the weather and bring your own favorite snacks, drinks, etc.

I thought I better revive this thread. We have tickets now and are selling them at the shop. We have all the paperwork you need to get signed up! Feel free to call and we can do the transaction over the phone, and I can mail you the tickets.

This event is right around the corner. I know I'll be there. Who else is going and which day? I might be up for both days.

I will be working at the DUI event on prob. both Sat./Sun..

I've been thinking I'd sure like to go and try dry diving, if I can get my ex to watch my daughter that weekend. Travis is getting a little cold mid winter on my almost middle aged bones!

shaggie,
I'll be in CSSP that weekend diving my new Bare dry suit:D It would be nice if you can drive up to CSSP and try some of the DUI suits. Who knows, you might decide to ditch your wetsuit altogether after diving dry:)

Enrique

I was wondering if you might not be there Enrique. Looks like I'll be free to go also. Where are you staying?

Several in our group are talking about camping. We are really starting to sell tickets now. Lots of people are coming by or calling for details. Let's hope the weather is good. Today CSSP was 65 degrees and about 6 foot of visibility.
