I recently found a pair of vintage (newly hydroed) galvanized 72's and plan to build a set of doubles. I would like to know if the DSS Torus 42 is the best choice for my rig. The 72's have a narrower profile than many of the newer LP and HP tanks. The tanks are 6.9" dia and are approximately 26" long. Empty (with a K valve) they are >1 lb. positive. I will be using with a 6# SS plate and bands.
Thanks for your replies.

I use a Torus 38 for double 72s and it works great. I have also heard that most 72s out there are neutral to ~ 1lbs negative when they are empty. Hmm....probably depends on the manufacturer.
