Good to be back... :D

LOL - I think she is spoiled now... but she is asking about certification but has told me in no uncertain terms - "no diving in NJ unless it is a lake" where she can practice skills... ha ha ha...

So I will slowly introduce her to a class most likely again in Fl so she can get certified... Her instructor told her 3 days for an OW certification and she thought about our son and how long it took him a couple weeks - I mentioned it is a resort type class and not meant for diving in cold dark waters. So she needs to think about it but it definitely sparked an interest.
What was nice is she was spooked about 20 years ago while in Key West and the instructor was not a patient person so she quit in the pool session... So there is always hope.

Hey... if your not warm and fuzzy with an instructor.... that was the smart move... I have done the same, quitting mid class because of personality conflicts.

However you can always head over to Scuba West, they have the best lake type dive site (albeit a warm one) for learning to dive in Florida and living and diving up North.
