Is there a rough formula to figure out drysuit vs. wetsuit weight needs? Just as a starting point. Like, If I use 6#s in a three mil wetsuit with an AL 80, around how much would need in a drytsuit with a 100 weight undergarment.

Oops, wrong forum.

My course director gave me the advice of stating with 10 add'l poounds (everything else being the same) when I switched from a 7 mil to a dry suit. That worked well initially, although I took off weight as I got more experience, and fine-tuned the weight versus the undergarments.
