My dad told me his days of cold water diving are over and I can have his dry suit if I want it, so the problem is I have 5 inches and 50lbs on dear old dad and there is no way it will fit the way it is. Can it be tailored to fit me? Or would I be money ahead to just try and find one that fits?

Tell us some more about the drysuit. Brand, make, age, material...

I will have to see if he can remember the name and make of it (its in storage hours from both of us at this time), but Im sure its 6 to 12 years old but in decent condition. He told me it leaked around the neck in the back when he looked down and possibly a little from the zipper, so Im sure a new neck would be due.
